DeepLane™ FIFO Storage Systems
That Increase Your Warehouse Capacity
A First In, First Out (FIFO) pallet flow storage system can double or triple the capacity of a warehouse. This alternative to drive-in, static racks or storing pallets on the floor is ideal for freezer warehouses, food distribution centers and storage of high-volume consumer goods.

Flow Rails are composed of:
- Standard flow rails constructed from 4” x 1” galvanized steel with flow wheels mounted in a single or double staggered configuration
- 3” diameter flow wheels are fully-spoked
- Cast aluminum flow wheels are available for impact protection
DeepLane™ Centrifugal Speed Controllers (Brakes) are composed of:
- All steel gears to maximize performance and life of mechanism
- Oil impregnated bronze bushings at all shaft locations provide maximum support and guarantee precise gear alignment
- No springs or mechanical adjustment required – Westfalia’s brake tire maximizes pallet engagement by compressing and taking shape of the bottom board surface, conforming to the shape of warped or cracked bottom boards
