Semi-automatic Replenishment
Full Pallet and Case Picking System, with Automated (S/RM) Infeed
By using our Automated Storage and Retrieval Machine (S/RM) with your pallet flow system, a semi-automated system is developed.
Westfalia’s Semi-automatic system options include:
- FIFO DeepLane™ Storage Systems for high volume products
- LIFO DeepLane™ Push-Back Pallet Flow System
- Pick to belt, (FIFO) system for high volume case picking
- Automated infeed with Storage & Retrieval Machine (SRM)
Benefits of our semi-automated pallet flow system are:
- Automatic operation eliminates risk for damage to the racks and product
- Systems may be implemented in lower height conventional warehouses or in rack supported high-rise warehouses
